I/We allow my child(ren) to use all the play equipment and participate in all of the activities of the program. I hereby grant permission for my child to leave the centre premises under the supervision of a staff member for neighborhood walks.*

I/We hereby consent to have my child leave the premises of the EYES Montessori Learning Centre North Oshawa from time to time, to participate in excursions to places of interest, planned as part of the children’s program. It is understood that members of the staff will provide supervision and every precaution will be taken for the safety of the child. Parents will also receive written notification prior to each full day field trip or excursion.*

I/We grant permission for the operator or designate of the EYES Montessori Learning Centre North Oshawa to take any necessary steps to obtain emergency medical care if warranted. A full outline of emergency procedures, policies and practices is in the Policy Manual. Any expenses incurred during an emergency will be the responsibility of the child’s family.*

Any parent who arrives to pick up their child after their pre-determined scheduled times will be required to pay a late fee. In the event that the parent is late to pick up their child on more than 2 occasions the family may be withdrawn from the program.*

The EYES Montessori Learning Centre North Oshawa reserves the unilateral right to cancel any arrangements, if policies of EYES Montessori Learning Centre North Oshawa are not followed by a child or parent.*

The EYES Daycare Programs and EYES Montessori Learning Centre North Oshawa will not be responsible for any incident that may occur as a result of false information given at the time of enrollment. I/We understand that my child(ren)s enrollment is contingent on all information outlined in these forms to be full and accurate.*

I/We give consent for the appearance of my/our child to appear in any publicity arranged by the EYES Daycare Programs and EYES Montessori Learning Centre North Oshawa through the various media, newspapers, radio, television, slide presentation and other publicity or educational purposes. This publicity may be in the form of photographs, video, writing pieces, and artwork with child’s first name It is felt that it is important for the community to be kept informed of activities of the program.*

Very good and clean Environment the staff are friendly to. And my son his so happy his there. Every time I go to pick him up he doesn’t want to go home. Because before here I put him some other daycare he doesn’t believe when I go to pick him up. So yes I recommend them if you want to send your child there try it out and you will find it that they are Good.

My daughter loved this daycare, although it was the first ever daycare for her, she was always excited to go there, and with the name of her favourite teacher, she used to get up and get ready in the morning even if she was tooo sleepy. The staff was very nice and helpful. The activities they were doing were engaging. My daughter used to imitate the activities at home. Due to some private reasons we needed to take her out from the daycare but she still misses that place and the name of her teacher still makes her awake in the morning.

Would definitely recommend this daycare.

Absolutely amazing daycare! I cannot stress enough how much our family misses the EYES team….my grandson adored it here! The teachers went above and beyond with him. Age appropriate programming geared to his interests…he now loves art and gardening even more thanks to his teachers! I have 3 children and 2 grandchildren and am a Social Worker myself, and I can honestly say this was one of the best childcare programs I have seen. I would recommend this with confidence 🙂

We love Eyes Abacus Childcare Toronto ! After looking into and visiting many child care centres, my wife and I walked into this child care centre and we knew it was the place we wanted to send our son. The classrooms are what we remember when we were kids, they were colorful and full of work the children and teachers did. You just get this good and positive energy as soon as you walk in and to top it off the staff is amazing too! They take such great care of my baby boy, it makes me happy to send him off every morning and we know that he’ll be taken care of. It was the first time that my son didn’t cry when I left, instead they turned around and said bye to me. I would recommend this child care to anyone that is looking for quality care and great prices!
