Naila Saeed, a Master’s in Public Administration, 20 years ago, started her Day Care industry career because of her passion towards childcare, coaching and entrepreneurship. A teacher sensitive to the behavioral patterns and needs of the little ones, she has built a niche in caring for them while being diligent to the regulation demands of this industry.

Oversee the daily operations of EYES child care facilities. Interact with parents, manage finances, coordinate marketing efforts, hire and train staff, and ensure that facilities and staff members comply with state licensing regulations. EYES Human resource manager take cares of  employment practices and employee relations. Talent recruitment, interviewing, hiring and orientation are key duties of  EYES  human resource manager. Other responsibilities but not limiting to Mediating employee conflict and assisting managers with discipline and termination of employees. Other duties that falls under Asad include payroll management, insurance benefits, medical or disability leave and compliance with labour laws. EYES human resource manager is responsible for the comprehensive needs of the workforce and also oversee a team of professionals who direct individual specialty areas.

EYES HR Manager responsible for payroll, benefits and conflict resolution, a human resource manager works closely with employees and employers to ensure the organization runs smoothly.

Shiraz as a Construction Manager at EYES is overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.

My name is Vikram Vardhan Singh and I graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology from York University. My past experience includes managing a team of 30 individuals’ leadership development, financial organization, community engagement and professional development.

At EYES, I develop and manage administrative protocols and processes to support Supervisors, Centre Directors, and the EYES Board. I draft meeting agendas, the EYES newsletter and the EYES Calendar and develop compliance reports, centre audits and quality checklists.

I help in developing and implementing the Outreach Strategy to promote engagement while also making non-compliance reports, coordinating and communicating with the Supervisors, Directors and other stakeholders and executing company events.

Melissa has worked in childcare for over 10 years. She takes great pride in ensuring that she strives for excellence and quality in the field and in her work.

Melissa has been looking to fulfill her career goals in the childcare industry, putting an emphasis on education, diversity, and equality. She remains dedicated to developing as both a leader and a professional; believing the best way to inspire and empower colleagues is to lead by example. She has a passion for collaborating and building with team members to bring forth the common goal of growth and improvement.

As Program Advisor she is responsible for ensuring all the centers comply with the Ministry of Education, CCEYA, Public Health, and EYES Standards, overseeing programming content; including meals, supporting supervisors, updating centres with new information and policies, ensuring the quality of the centers is maintained and keeping up to date with changes to policy in the childcare industry.

I have past experience in recruitment and selection of employees for different business sectors where I handled the end to end hiring procedures.

At EYES for the position for HR Manager, I am responsible for the employment practices and employee relations. Recruitment, Interviewing, screening and hiring the employees are some of the main tasks as HR manager. Some other responsibilities include maintaining employee ratio at all centers and also maintaining the employee database and creating a supply staff.
