Roshni Jain – Director
I’m Roshni, the Director at EYES Childcare – Courtneypark. I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) with four years of experience in early childhood education. While I earned my Master’s degree in Computer Science, I discovered that my true passion lies in working with children and making a meaningful difference during the most important years of their lives.
As a mother of two children, I understand the trust families place in educators every day. My experiences as both a parent and an educator allow me to approach every child with empathy, patience, and a deep understanding of the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment.
As both an educator and Director, I am committed to creating a centre where children feel a true sense of belonging, families feel supported, and educators work together to provide exceptional care and meaningful learning experiences.
Building strong relationships with children, families, and educators is at the heart of everything I do. I believe that when children feel secure, supported, and genuinely cared for, they develop the confidence to explore, grow, and reach their full potential.
For me, early childhood education is more than a profession—it’s a privilege. I am grateful to be part of each child’s journey and am dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment where every child can thrive and receive the very best start in life.

Zafira Karmali – Supervisor
Building meaningful relationships with children and families has always been the most rewarding part of my career in Early Childhood Education. Since entering the field in 2014, I have been passionate about creating environments where children feel safe, respected, and supported. I believe children thrive when they are provided with safety, security, and comfort, giving them the confidence to explore, learn, and grow. As a Registered Early Childhood Educator, I am committed to nurturing young minds while recognizing that every child learns and develops in their own unique way.
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to grow into leadership roles where I have supported educators, partnered with families, and overseen the daily operations of licensed childcare centres. I also had the privilege of helping establish this centre from the ground up, contributing to its licensing, classroom environments, policies, procedures, and operational systems to create a welcoming, high-quality learning environment for children and families.
My background includes experience with play-based learning, Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and HighScope approaches, while also drawing inspiration from each to meet the unique needs of every child. I believe that strong partnerships with families and a caring, dedicated team create the foundation for a positive early learning experience, and I look forward to supporting each child as they learn, grow, and reach their full potential.
