Personal Analysis and Approval Process

• Complete our webform and a franchise development representative will contact you based on your request. Alternatively, you may contact us at canadachildcare@gmail.com or by phone # 416 564 0731
• You will meet with our FDR to ask any questions you may have about the brand, qualifications and application details as part of the mutual selection process.
• You will be required to fill in a confidential franchise application form.
• If you decide to be an EYES Franchise and we approve you as franchise partner, you will be provided with a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) containing details on the terms and conditions of the franchise. This FDD will be specific to your location.
• Finally, you will enter into a franchise agreement (FA) and submit the franchise fee.
• We then start searching for a location in the territory of your choice.
• You will choose a location (with our assistance) that meets your goals.

Ongoing Training & Support

• Detailed Operational Manual, Parent Handbook, and Employee manual
• Professionally developed unique curriculum for all programs
• EYES team of experts will support your needs on a monthly basis in programming, operations and marketing
• Food service guidelines and menus
• A complete web-based software, providing functions relating to financial, administrative, and daily operations
• Personalized webpage and blogs
• Our internal EYES team hosts all our marketing plans, lesson plans, policies and procedures, general discussions, internal postings, operational forms, and training
• All Franchisees, and Directors are invited to attend a yearly training course that is designed to teach them how to present the EYES curriculum
• EYES Program Manager will visit your centre periodically throughout the year. During these visits, each centre will be evaluated in accordance with our “EYES Red Card” quality assurance form
• We encourage owners and teachers to discuss any issues and new ideas with the EYES Program Manager at that time
• All guidelines and operational forms relating to annual ministry and licensing renewals

As we grow, we are constantly looking for BUILD TO FIT (BTF) developers that can offer our company multiple locations in specific geographic territories. Our projections indicate that our franchise will grow to more than 20 locations in the next two years; and due to this growth swell, we need experienced developers that can construct each of these centers in accordance with EYES plans and specifications. The developers we currently working with are seeing exceptional value in our increased credit as a tenant. This gives them the ability to either sell their BTF at an increasingly high multiple, or to maintain the center for its strong and continuous cash flow.

Our average turnaround time on any location, from introduction to lease, can be accomplished within few weeks. You won’t waste your time dealing with inexperienced people; instead you will deal directly with an experienced and accomplished management team. We can also price-help cost per line items with subcontractors in order to save you money on construction and generate larger margins of revenue.
