EYES Toddlers (15 Months To 30 Months)
EYES Toddlers are guided through this phase of their development in a warm and stimulating atmosphere.
Here at EYES Childcare, we believe that children learn through play. We provide consistency in routines and daily experiences that encourage toddlers to feel secure while exploring their surroundings. EYES Toddlers play has a serious purpose and our trained and qualified staff allow the indoor and outdoor play to be driven by the child’s interests.
Children in the toddler room are encouraged to cooperate and act independently while developing cognitive, problem-solving skills, language development, communication and social skills. The Toddler room is set up in a way that encourages children to develop a wide range of child’s skill, such as role play, gross motor, problem solving, discovering, imagining, communicating and so on.
In EYES Toddler room the staff also helps children to be more independent in feeding himself, telling his needs and requirements, potty training etc. so that the child is gradually ready to be transitioned in the preschool room.

Supervisor – Rewa El-Dassouki
My name is Rewa El-Dassouki and I am happy to introduce myself as EYES – Kitchener’s Supervisor. I am a graduate of Seneca College’s Bachelor of Child Development program and have been a Registered Early Childhood Educator for over 10 years.
Before joining the field of early childhood education, I knew that I loved being around children of all ages. My passion and love are spending time in the classrooms to take part in the children’s daily learning and having that opportunity in watching the children in their growth and development over the critical years of 0-6.
In my personal time, I enjoy spending time with my very large family and extended family. I enjoy playing soccer and keeping active, as well as enjoying a cup of coffee, chocolate, going shopping, and travelling. If I could describe myself in one phrase it can be said that I am “a true kid at heart.”
I can’t wait to meet and learn all about your child and family! Welcome to EYES Kitchener!
