EYES Toddlers (15 Months To 30 Months)
EYES Toddlers are guided through this phase of their development in a warm and stimulating atmosphere.
Here at EYES Childcare, we believe that children learn through play. We provide consistency in routines and daily experiences that encourage toddlers to feel secure while exploring their surroundings. EYES Toddlers play has a serious purpose and our trained and qualified staff allow the indoor and outdoor play to be driven by the child’s interests.
Children in the toddler room are encouraged to cooperate and act independently while developing cognitive, problem-solving skills, language development, communication and social skills. The Toddler room is set up in a way that encourages children to develop a wide range of child’s skill, such as role play, gross motor, problem solving, discovering, imagining, communicating and so on.
In EYES Toddler room the staff also helps children to be more independent in feeding himself, telling his needs and requirements, potty training etc. so that the child is gradually ready to be transitioned in the preschool room.

Pre-School (30 Months To 6 Years)
Our qualified and caring staff guide pre-school children in an inspiring environment. EYES preschool program is designed to help prepare children for kindergarten. We believe that every child is different, and we encourage them to be responsible, independent and interactive at their own pace.

EYES education system’s focus is on imparting learning to the students in a natural surrounding learning with each other with humanity, love, and discipline. The essential teachings are in subjects like language, science, mathematics through group discussions, and self-learning. Not only this, but the focus is also given on arts, sports, crafts, singing that developed their intelligence and critical thinking. Activities such as yoga, and meditation, generate positivity, and peace of mind and made them fit. It is also mandatory to do daily chores on their own with a motive to impart practical skills in them. All these help in the personality development and will increase their confidence, sense of discipline, intellect and mindfulness which is necessary even today to face the world that lies ahead.

The approach involves children in direct, hand-on experiences with people, objects and events. We support positive and responsive interactions among children, parents, and our educators. EYES plans for and creates positive learning environment’s and experiences in which each children’s learning and development will be supported. We include outdoor and indoor play as well as active play, rest, and quiet times for each child in our programs. EYES supports staff to constantly educate themselves through professional learning.

Overall, the idea of inculcating EYES education system in education is to assist the children in understanding the concept of a balanced life. This very ideology of balance should be taught to the kids from a very young age so that they make informed decisions about the way they wish to live their life. Mohammed Janni, Shaik – Director
Janni is a Health Business Consultant working with one of the Ontario Ministry of Health’s agency, Hamilton Health Sciences. He has been in Health Industry for over 15 years in various IT-related consulting roles.
He possesses a Bachelor of Engineering degree from India and a Masters in Computer Sciences from Canada. Being a teacher himself for 10+ years, he strongly believes that laying a good foundation in the early years of a child is crucial in his/her development.
Also, being a father himself, he understands how important it is to promote inner growth, strength, affection, and support as these greatly affect a child’s cognitive and social development which also instills an overall sense of well-being and self-confidence.
Sita Boinapally – Director
Sita is an IT consultant and has worked mostly with the top 5 banks in various roles providing Quality Assurance services. She is a very dedicated, enthusiastic, and friendly individual who belongs to a family of teachers. She possesses a Bachelors’s degree in Computer Applications from India and a Master of Sciences in Computer Applications from Canada. She has helped friends and families in taking care of their kids during COVID times at her own HOME daycare which she cherished every moment of teaching, playing, cooking, and simply being around them.
Just like her husband Janni, she is a strong believer in early years education, as this is the most empowering force in the world.
Natasha Ford – Supervisor
My name is Natasha Ford… I am the Site Supervisor at EYES Childcare Ilderton. I am a registered Early Childhood Educator with 20 years in the profession. I graduated from Fanshawe College in 2003 from the E.C.E program and in 2007 I completed my diploma as a Social Service Worker. I am the Mom of a wonderful son, my passions are music, being creative, and working in the Early years field. Seeing the children engage and develop in their learning and skills is such a rewarding feeling,
I look forward to building relationships with all of the children and their families.
