Other duties that falls under Asad include payroll management, insurance benefits, medical or disability leave and compliance with labour laws.

EYES human resource manager is responsible for the comprehensive needs of the workforce and also oversee a team of professionals who direct individual specialty areas.

I ensure seamless coordination across all departments while supporting the CEO in strategic planning and business expansion. My role includes optimizing resources, refining business strategies, and driving continuous improvements to achieve long-term success.

I am committed to fostering a positive organizational culture, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring the effective execution of key initiatives that align with the company’s mission. Through strategic decision-making and operational excellence, I contribute to the company’s ongoing growth and impact in the community.

Melissa has worked in childcare for over 10 years. She takes great pride in ensuring that she strives for excellence and quality in the field and in her work.

Melissa has been looking to fulfill her career goals in the childcare industry, putting an emphasis on education, diversity, and equality. She remains dedicated to developing as both a leader and a professional; believing the best way to inspire and empower colleagues is to lead by example. She has a passion for collaborating and building with team members to bring forth the common goal of growth and improvement.

As Program Manager she is responsible for ensuring all the centers comply with the Ministry of Education, CCEYA, Public Health, and EYES Standards, overseeing programming content; including meals, supporting supervisors, updating centres with new information and policies, ensuring the quality of the centers is maintained and keeping up to date with changes to policy in the childcare industry.

Mathew has led multi-scale initiatives across countries and cultures with a strong background in communications, policy initiatives, and stakeholder management; He has strengthened organizational and operational systems and enhanced community trust throughout his career. His experience managing complex projects equips him to support consistent and effective operations across multiple EYES locations.

As Regional Director, Mathew is involved in branding, digital communications, vendor management, documentation, and compliance with EYES Child Care operational standards, while also supporting centre directors and all stakeholders through regular communication and guidance to ensure alignment, accountability, and excellence across the region.

Jennifer Huynh

Director of Nutrition

As the Director of Nutrition at EYES Childcare Canada, Jennifer Huynh leads the organization’s food and nutrition programs with expertise and dedication. With over 20 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry, she has played a key role in developing and implementing standardized kitchen procedures that ensure excellence in food safety, nutrition, and daily meal preparation.

Jennifer supports staff and stakeholders through training and guidance, building strong nutrition literacy and best practices across all EYES locations. Her work ensures that every child enjoys nutritious, balanced meals that promote growth, energy, and healthy eating habits.

Currently pursuing her license as a Registered Dietitian at the School of Nutrition, Toronto Metropolitan University, Jennifer continues to advance her knowledge in child nutrition and wellness.

Cooking and sharing food has always been Jennifer’s passion. She believes that introducing children to wholesome, enjoyable meals early in life builds a lifelong appreciation for good nutrition. Through her leadership, EYES Childcare fosters a positive food culture where healthy eating becomes an everyday joy.
