Naila Saeed – CEO
Naila Saeed, a Masters in Public Administration graduate two decades ago, embarked on her career in the daycare industry driven by her passion for childcare, coaching, and entrepreneurship. Despite starting with minimal experience and a limited grasp of the Canadian job market, Naila was resolute in her ambition to leave a lasting impact.
Beginning her journey by offering tutoring services to local students, Naila gradually built a reputation as a reliable and dedicated educator. Recognizing the growing need for quality childcare, she transitioned into home daycare, where her commitment to nurturing young minds earned her acclaim within the community.
Fuelled by her entrepreneurial spirit, Naila aimed higher, aspiring to establish a commercial daycare facility. Despite facing numerous challenges, she persisted, navigating licensing requirements and funding hurdles with determination.
Today, her commercial daycare stands as a beloved institution, renowned for its quality care and nurturing environment.
